Another 9/11 portrait. Vikkie is originally from England where she experienced terrorism first hand dealing with IRA bombings in London. She lived and worked in Manhattan on 9/11 and witnessed the attacks. A decade later she finally speaks about the attacks and the emotional impact they had on her.
